My Requests
The My Requests page displays work requests that are associated with you — the requests that you have created, the requests assigned to you, the requests that have been assigned in one of your regions or to someone in one of your crews, or the requests you are watching. For many users, My Requests is the page that opens by default when they first sign in (although this is configurable).
To view an informational video that shows you, step-by-step, how to use the My Requests page, Click Here and enter the password Facility742.
To open the My Requests page:
-
Under Logbook, select My Requests.
-
Click CREATED BY ME, ASSIGNED TO ME, IN MY REGIONS , MY CREWS, or WATCHED REQUESTS to display the appropriate requests.
- Created by Me – View all open requests that you created and assigned to any user. If you scroll to the bottom of the page, you can view the requests that have been closed in the past 7 days.
- Assigned to Me – View all open requests that were assigned to you, created by any user.
- In My Regions – View all open requests assigned to properties in one of your regions, regardless of who created them or who they are assigned to. Only requests of a type/subType which you have rights to are included.
- My Crews – View all requests that were assigned to you or any member of a crew that you belong to. This button is only displayed if Crews functionality is enabled.
- Watched Requests - View all requests you are watching.
If you have the My Company Only security right enabled, clicking Created by Me or In My Regions displays both your requests and all requests created by anyone in your company.
-
Select or clear Show Detail to control the amount of information displayed about each request.
-
Specify any of the following criteria to narrow the set of requests displayed:
- Region – View only those requests assigned to properties in the selected region, a large geographic area containing multiple properties.
- Property – View only those requests assigned to the selected property.
- Activity – View only those requests associated with the selected activity group. Activity groups contain groups of request types and subTypes. For example, a Tenant Requests group might contain only reactive requests. For more information, see Activity Groups.
